Summer Baseball Recipe: VELVEETA Chili Bacon Dogs

30 July 2010 6 Comments Disclosure

It’s the middle of summer and there is only one thing on my husband’s mind right now and that’s baseball. Any and every chance he gets he is glued to the game. So in honor of my husband’s birthday (which is actually today) and his love for the sport, I decided to “whip up” a recipe that is a twist on a ballpark classic.

VELVEETA Chili Bacon Dogs are quick, easy, and tummy pleasing!

I don't like when there is excess noise in the background, so sometimes the best time for me to record a video is in the wee hours of the morning. I LOVE making videos, its just the matter of finding that quiet time to create. Thank you for being a fan and for the encouraging words.

Another good chilli recipe that my friends beg me to make for them, even though it's two ingredients, is beanless chilli – doesn't matter what brand – and cream cheese. That's it?! Heat up the chilli on the stove top, add in the cream cheese, I use one of the rectangle ones in the cardboard per 2 cans of chilli. You could make a chilli nachos out of it, but we usually just eat is as a tortilla chip dip. Delish!

that sounds goooood! My husband is the big chili fan in the family, I'll have to make this for him to munch on one Sunday while he is glued to football :)
