Merry Madagascar {giveaway} sponsored by Walmart

18 November 2009 37 Comments Disclosure

Last night, NBC aired a Christmas Special entitled “Merry Madagascar”. But don’t worry because in case you missed it, Walmart has teamed up with the folks of Dreamworks Animation to produce a special $5 DVD (deluxe edition is $8) that may be purchased in-store starting today.

I was given an advanced copy of the Christmas Special, Merry Madagascar, for my family and I to watch in anticipation of the big event. And like most kids, mine loved watching the Madagascar characters in this fun Christmas themed show.

I’m a huge fan of planning family movie nights and with this latest TV special there is no exception. To help plan a Merry Madagascar themed night, Walmart and Dream Works has sponsored the following gift pack.

A few days before Christmas, our whole family takes a walk through our woods.. We pick branches from an old holly tree, gather pine boughs and magnolia leaves to make the table centerpiece for Christmas Day. Not sure when it started, but it’s become a great way for us all to reconnect.. As well as a lovely and personal centerpiece for each of our Christmases…
