How does Bonefish Grill compare to other Restaurants?
The folks at Bonefish Grill recently sent me a giftcards for my family and I to try out our local restaurant to compare it to other restaurants that we might often frequent.
We are not a big “going out to eat” family. We typically leave the going out to eat part to times like special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, stuff like that. So when we do go out, it is a really big deal. We like to go somewhere that we know is going to treat us well and overall have a great atmosphere about the place. Nothing too overly noisy or distracting, like what we might experience at home ;P
What we like the most about Bonefish Grill is the atmosphere. It always seems sophisticated yet relaxed and very chill. We know that when we go there the dimmed lights will be very inviting. The food is always amazing at Bonefish Grill. I remember the first time I ate at Bonefish on my trip to Bentonville to meet my fellow 11Moms, and my husband remembers his first time eating at Bonefish on our “date night with kids” I believe he said that the “Chicken Marsala was off the chain”.
Instead of Chicken Marsala or the Diablo Shrimp Fettucini we went for a simpler meal with their Fish & Chips baskets. The kidlets got their usual “mac and cheese plates” because they absolutely love their macaroni, and no it isn’t the mac and cheese from a box that other restaurants charge like 5 bucks for, this is homemade mac and cheese goodness….I even wish is was available on the adult menu :) But back to the Fish and Chips. All I can say is “AMAZING!”, once again Bonefish exceeds our expectations and blows us out of the water with their ginormous pieces of flaky Tilapia fish in a tempura batter. Mmmm its making my mouth water again just thinking about it.
