That sounds yummy... but sort of expensive? I buy organically when possible and last I checked all that frozen fruit can get pricey... plus those Acai? drinks are high.

But it does sound yummy :-)

I do the green smoothies and mine call for just a few ingredients... here they are in case you ever want to experiment... this is also low calorie since it doesnt have much sweeteners in it.

1 cup of raw organic spinach (I buy the pre-washed-bagged kind.. its easier for me since im normally in a rush.)
1/2 bag of frozen fruit (or less). I normally put a handful of blue berries... some raspberries/blackberries and possibly strawberries. It normally depends on what I have in stock. I like very tart drinks. Hate bananas.
Then a small teaspoon of organic honey
1 cup of water

Thats it.
Oh.. and I add ice to mine... smoothie texture grosses me out. It has to be chunky and crunchier for me to eat it.
I enjoyed mine and it makes enough for myself as well as my husband if he wants any. Oh and my kids loved it as well.

I try to replace 1 meal with the smoothie.

That looks so good! I may try to make my own smoothy tomorrow. It will be a good change from the plain yogurt with frozen fruit I have been going with in the mornings. Thanks for the suggestion.
