Gardening…

28 March 2007 2 Comments Disclosure

The afternoon was spent by gardening. I had the green thumb itch a couple days ago and went to good ol’ wally world and bought some plants to try to make my new home a little more “home-ier”. Pnut of course had to help as much as he could. Throwing dirt out of my pots, watering everything he could find, and pestering the dog with the broom while he was chained to the porch [the dog, not the pnut]. Ah, it was a nice afternoon. I think the plants turned out great. I especially love my hanging herb garden and the 3 pots of flowers down the front steps. I think they both add a nice touch to the house. I am very limited in what I can and cannot do as far as gardening goes. I can plant a pot garden but can’t actually plant stuff in the garden-garden because it is too much work for this ol’ pregnant body to try to take on. That is all fine with me as in a couple of months I’m not going to be too concerned about taking care of a garden when I’ll have a newborn on my hands.

Please Note: Recipe Rush has been updated with a new recipe and some photos of my kitchen in my new house. Also, Belly Bean has been updated. I went to the doctor yesterday and lets just say we had our second ultrasound done. Go found out the sex of the baby!
